We want you to be completely satisfied with your Bordelle purchase, which is why we offer a 14-day window for returns on all unworn items in their original packaging. Please ensure all hygiene seals and tags remain intact to qualify for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully place the items in their original luxury branded boxes and secure them within a protective shipping mailer to prevent damage.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then attach it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated courier service and retain your tracking receipt until your refund has been processed by our atelier.
